Terms of service

Draft for discussion only — not a final legal document.

Agreement

These terms govern your access to Stryvn services (the mobile apps, related APIs where exposed to you, and this website). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Stryvn provides software that generates and adapts running training guidance using algorithms and AI models. We may change features, suspend access for maintenance, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

Beta

During beta, the service is provided “as is”. There may be bugs, downtime, or breaking changes. Feedback is welcome; we do not guarantee incorporation.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service — including probing, scraping, reverse engineering where prohibited, harassing other users, or attempting to overload our systems.

Third-party services

Integrations such as Strava are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Health disclaimer

Running carries inherent risk. Stryvn is not a medical device. Consult a clinician before starting or intensifying training if you have health concerns.

Intellectual property

We own the Stryvn brand, software, and content we create. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app according to these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

The governing law and venue clauses will be finalised for your operating entity and primary markets before launch.
