Who we are

Stryvn (“we”, “us”) operates the Stryvn mobile applications and this website. The data controller for personal data processed in connection with the service is identified in your in-app settings or commercial agreements once finalised.

What data we collect

We process categories of data needed to run an AI coaching product, including:

• Account information — email address, authentication identifiers from Apple or Google when you choose those sign-in methods, display name, and profile basics you provide.
• Training and goal data — goals you set, generated training plans and versions, workouts, and activities you log or we import.
• Integration data — when you connect Strava, we process activity summaries and identifiers needed to sync your account, subject to the permissions you grant.
• Conversation history — messages you exchange with the in-app coach so we can render replies and maintain continuity.
• Technical data — device/app version, coarse diagnostics, and security logs where needed to protect accounts.

How we use AI (Anthropic)

To generate coaching responses and plan adjustments, prompts containing relevant context (such as recent messages, plan state, and goal metadata) are sent to Anthropic’s API. We configure use in line with Anthropic’s commercial terms and disable training on customer data where available.

AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. They are coaching suggestions, not medical advice. Stop and seek professional guidance if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.

Cookies and similar technologies (this website)

We aim to keep cookies minimal. Essential cookies may be used for security (for example CSRF protection on forms) and session integrity. We do not use Google Analytics on this marketing site.

If you enable privacy-friendly analytics (for example Plausible) via configuration, that provider’s documentation describes their processing.

Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Specific retention windows will be listed in a data inventory before public launch.

Your rights (UK / EU)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You can request export or deletion via in-app tools where available, or by contacting us using the details below.

International transfers

Providers such as Anthropic or hosting vendors may process data outside your country. We use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required.

Children

The service is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us for deletion.
